By creating an account, accessing, or using Tridicon, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, including any updates we may provide from time to time.
Description of Service
Tridicon is a platform that provides 3D icons generated with AI. Users can access free icons available for download and also premium icons through subscription plans. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.
User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to: Provide accurate and complete account information. Keep your account credentials secure. Use the service only for lawful purposes. Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from Tridicon assets. Not redistribute, resell, or make Tridicon assets publicly available without proper licensing.
Content and Licensing
All icons and assets on Tridicon are subject to our licensing terms: Free icons: Available for personal and commercial projects. Premium icons: Access granted through active subscription plans.
Icon Usage Terms
By downloading or using Tridicon icons, you agree to: Use free icons in personal and commercial projects without mandatory attribution. Refrain from reselling or redistributing icons in any form. Avoid uploading or making icons available for download on third-party platforms.
Prohibited Content
Tridicon strictly prohibits the following types of content and usage: Illegal activities (e.g., drugs, weapons, counterfeit goods). Adult content or explicit sexual material. Hate speech or content promoting discrimination or violence. Malware, phishing, or other harmful code. Spam, scams, or deceptive practices. Unauthorized use of copyrighted material. Sharing personal information of others without consent. Impersonation of individuals or organizations. Unauthorized redistribution of Tridicon assets.
Pricing and Payments
Tridicon offers two different pricing options: Free downloads of selected indiviual icons. Monthly subscription: $9/month. Lifetime subscription: $79 one-time payment. All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are non-refundable, and Lifetime purchases are final. Access to premium assets continues only while your subscription is active.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, store, and use your information.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for violating these Terms. Upon termination, access to premium features will end, but downloaded icons may still be used according to the licensing terms. In the event that Tridicon is discontinued, shut down, or permanently closed, no refunds will be issued for any active subscription, including Monthly or Lifetime plans.
Limitation of Liability
Tridicon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or other losses.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of Tridicon after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
